You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit unless your account is flagged for security review. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

cuan77 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond cuan77's control and are your responsibility.
If you have an active bonus on your account, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting bonus wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. All bonuses and promotions offered by cuan77 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, validity periods, and terms & conditions published on the platform at the time of the offer. Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Odds are determined by cuan77 and may change in real time. cuan77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion if the bet is deemed to violate our terms, exploit a pricing error (palpable error), or is placed using insider information or automated systems.
